We offer a streamlined service, making filing your taxes and communicating with our income tax preparation specialist easier than ever. You will have access to your client portal 24/7 where you can securely upload all of your tax documents, send messages to your preparer, and get a copy of your tax return.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Vanessa N. Roberts
Hi, My name is Vanessa Roberts and I am the Owner-Operator of Monarch Notary and Tax Service Inc. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2018 with a degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Business Administration. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.

While I was born and raised in Houston Texas, I spent many hours with my mother in her tax office, as she was a successful franchise owner of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. I enjoyed watching her help others, and I have a passion for doing the same.

While my background is in criminal justice, I have taken the necessary steps to make a name for myself in the world of finance. I have completed the Income Tax Schools comprehensive tax course and I am currently working on my Chartered Tax Consultant certification. I am also in the process of becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS.

In the near future I plan to expand my services to include credit repair, entrepreneurship mentoring and coaching, and financial planning and advising. I am an advocate for financial literacy and want to make financial planning accessible to people and communities who generally do not consider using those services.
